		Our practice is comprised of four accountants who are available year round to assist our clients. During tax season additional accountants and support staff are employed to assist with the tax return volume so our clients are served in an efficient and timely manner. Our accountants and support staff have experience and knowledge in the tax, payroll, and financial planning areas.

James R. DeCapite CPA, PFS

Owner since its inception in 1989. Jim graduated from the University of Dayton in 1973 with a degree in Accounting. He was a manager with the 'Big 8' accounting firm Peat Marwick Mitchell for nine years and Maryland Cup as the Corporate Internal Audit Manager for three years before opening his practice. He is a member of the AICPA, MACPA and the MSA. Jim has also served on the board of various non-profit groups.

Peter W. DeCapite CPA

Graduated from James Madison University in 2003 with a degree in Accounting and John Carroll High School in 1999. He worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers before joining the firm in 2004 and becoming an owner in 2008. Pete's experience includes on-site Quickbooks assistance toclients, income tax preparation and financial statement compilation. He became a CPA in 2005 and is a member of the MSA.

Elaine S. Baxter CPA

Joined the firm in 1993 and graduated from Loyola College with a degree in Accounting. Elaine has an extensive background in payroll processing, financial statement compilation, and on-site Quickbooks assistance to clients. She is a member of the MSA.

Debra L. Adams

A graduate of Loyola College earning a Bachelor of Business administration with a concentration in Accounting. She has over 20 years of experience in the accounting field. Debbie has a strong background in the technological aspect of accounting, especially Quickbooks.
